Contract Guarantees

Contract guarantees are evidence-first. LeafEnterprise must not use Domo-derived pricing fields as final guarantee truth.

Evidence Priority

1. Exact governed contract, amendment, pricing exhibit, joinder, or rebate agreement evidence from OneDrive/share-drive or the promoted registry.
2. Exact normalized pricing registry terms linked to a group/PBM/TPA/contract-year scope.
3. Migrated Domo pricing tables as candidate or reconciliation evidence only.
4. Domo Beast Modes and cards as edge-case fixtures only.

Implementation

LeafEnterprise/graph_contract_packets.py	Performs read-only Microsoft Graph candidate retrieval and deterministic exact-packet auto-promotion.
scripts/inspect_contract_guarantee_evidence.py	Operator inspection for a PBM/TPA/group/date scope.
scripts/inspect_graph_contract_packets.py	Graph packet candidate inspection and exact promotion preview.
scripts/run_graph_contract_packet_prompt.ps1	Paste-only local prompt helper for Graph secret input.

Blocking Rules

• Missing required guarantee terms are evidence gaps.
• Date windows crossing contract years are blocked until split or explicitly modeled.
• Multiple exact Graph candidates block as ambiguous.
• Candidate Domo rows can guide search, but they cannot authorize final guarantee-backed savings.
